Property and Project Management Services
Highland Property Management provides management services for Homes and Estates throughout select counties in New York, Connecticut and Virginia. Our service is based on a proactive approach to the day-to-day management and continued oversight and operation of critical systems in the home. Whether the property is a primary home or second/vacation home, Highland Property Management implements strategies to satisfy your unique needs.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Conduct inspections of all critical home systems - HVAC, security/alarm, plumbing, electrical, water treatment, well or sump pump, pool, vacuum systems, AV, interior and exterior lighting, generator.
- Provide ongoing management of all service providers.
- Management of existing service provider contracts.
- Referrals and assistance with selection of new
service providers as required. - All Home and Estate Management services and plans are tailor made to fit each home owners particular requirements.
- Immediate follow up and response to issues that have been noticed during inspections, and/or reported to us by the homeowner.
- Interior and exterior inspections with homeowners to ensure that timely action is taken to repair/upgrade any items requiring attention.
- Emergency call out assistance.
- On-call staff and office administration to receive calls, emails, texts as required.
- Detailed quarterly invoicing.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Excellence in service, Highland employs Property and Project Managers along with knowledgeable support staff with over 30 years of demonstrated experience in all areas of residential and commercial construction.
- Time and budget conscious management, supervision, and coordination of trade subcontractors.
- Highland works with an outstanding list of long serving and responsive subcontractors in every trade.
- Collaboration on design, management and timely execution of small construction projects.
(Additions, decks, windows, roofs/flashing/gutters, doors, arbors, fencing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, stone-work/masonry, tile work, etc.)
