Brian's background and attention to detail translate to peace of mind for all your property needs. Establishing our newest office in Virginia's Northern Neck Region, you can expect routine inspections, proactive service, and insightful recommendations for all your property projects. 

Lee has extensive experience with managing both residential and commercial properties. For over 35 years Lee has worked directly for or consulted with a select group of property management companies, residential and commercial contractors. He has established an impressive list of loyal subcontractors in every trade. From private homes and luxury estates to condos and commercial sites, he knows that your property is important to you. 

Mike has the hands on and real life experience needed to take care of all things related to your property. Mike visits your property routinely, sets up service providers and contracts, all to ensure your property is properly cared for. Mike has substantial experience in home maintenance and small project management. He is your "Go to guy" for any and all of your home needs!

Barbara works out of the 21 N. Main Street, Kent office. Barbara has years of experience managing residential and commercial properties in Litchfield County. Over her many years in the business, she has built an extensive list of trade and subcontractor connections. Proactively and routinely inspecting her management properties, scheduling and managing service providers, communicating with her property management customers keeps Barbara on the move!  

Mary comes to Highland Property Management with a considerable administrative background. Mary's past experience in managing various aspects of a multi unit residential living facility including accounting, maintenance and personal affairs, makes her a valuable resource for Highland Property Management customers. Her top priority is to make sure that the lines of communication between homeowner, Highland staff, and any related services are open and working effectively! 

We are excited to have Lela join HPM to help set up and administer the Kent office. Lela brings to HPM many years of work experience from, most recently, working at a local Nursery School and a previous career in the corporate world (Bacardi International). Lela will work out of the Kent CT office assisting our property management team and HPM customers in Litchfield County.
