Establishing our newest office in Virginia's Northern Neck Region, you can expect routine inspections, proactive service, and insightful recommendations for all your property projects. 

Lee has extensive experience with managing both residential and commercial properties. For over 35 years Lee has worked directly for or consulted with a select group of property management companies, residential and commercial contractors. He has established an impressive list of loyal subcontractors in every trade. From private homes and luxury estates to condos and commercial sites, he knows that your property is important to you. 

Mike brings extensive hands-on and practical experience to effectively manage all aspects of your property. He conducts regular visits to each property and coordinates with service providers and contractors to ensure optimal care and maintenance. With a wealth of experience in home maintenance, renovation, and project management, Mike is your reliable resource for all your home-related needs. 

  Barb works at the office located at 21 N. Main Street, Kent. She has years of experience managing both residential and commercial properties in Litchfield County. Over her many years in the business, Barb has developed an extensive network of trade and subcontractor connections. She actively and routinely inspects the properties she manages, schedules and oversees service providers, and communicates with her property management clients. Barb's passion for small projects and renovations keeps her constantly on the move!

Beth brings a wealth of business management experience to Highland Property Management. Having previously managed highly regulated environmental labs, her top priority is to ensure that communication lines among homeowners, Highland staff, and related services are open and functioning effectively. 

We are excited to have Lela join HPM to help administer client accounts. Lela brings to HPM many years of work experience from, most recently, working at a local Nursery School and a previous career in the corporate world (Bacardi International). Lela will work out of the New Milford office assisting our property management team and HPM customers.
